Program Description

Our insurance covers you wherever you go, whether you are renting a booth at various salons or spas or just working at one spa. Our goal is to protect you and your tools so you can focus on providing exceptional services to your clients.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this program you must be licensed/certified in the state in which you are providing the services. Permanent makeup services by a non-medical personal must be allowed in the state in which you deliver the services.

Coverage Details

• General Liability
  (Written on an occurrence basis with limits up to $1 Million per occurrence/$2 Million aggregate)

• Professional Liability
  (Written on an occurrence basis with limits up to $1 Million per occurrence/$1 Million aggregate)

• Abuse Coverage
  (Written on an occurrence basis with limits up to $300,000 Occurrence/$300,000 Aggregate)

• Optional Coverages
  (Coverage to protect your equipment from Damage from certain losses subject to certain policy exclusions - Inland Marine Rate is 2% of your Property Value. Minimum Premium $50. Deductible $250.)
